Say you’re uploading many files to an online database, where you’re clicking the same buttons over and over.
You can set up a series of actions in Mac Auto Mouse Click that select files and click those buttons for you. Setting up actions doesn’t require knowledge of coding or programming. You just move your cursor where you need it, tell Mac Auto Mouse Click to record that location with a hotkey, and set the type of click you want to happen in that location in the program. You can move actions up and down the list to change when they happen, and edit or delete actions as you see fit.
The types of clicks you can input are right and left clicks, double clicks, middle clicks, and shift clicks, plus some automated text typing capabilities. Though incredibly useful for tasks with repetitive clicking (and there can be a lot of those), Mac Auto Mouse Click might be a bit complex if you just want to click in one place many times, or just click your screen occasionally to keep your Mac from going to sleep.
This software also has a free trial period, but otherwise costs $9.87 for 6 months of use on a single Mac.
